Rental terms
Plain-language rules of the water. The essentials: book online, cancel free up to 48 hours out, ride within the briefed area, and bring it back like you found it.
Booking & payment
Bookings are paid in full online through Stripe's secure checkout to lock in your time slot. A refundable security hold is placed at delivery and released the same day the ski comes back.
Cancellation & refunds
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your ride. Full refund, no questions.
- Inside 48 hours, we're glad to reschedule your ride instead.
- If we cancel for weather (lightning or small-craft advisories), you choose: a full refund or a free rain check.
Who can ride
- Operators must be 18+ with a government-issued photo ID.
- Florida law requires riders born on or after Jan 1, 1988 to carry a Boating Safety Education ID — we issue a free temporary card at delivery.
- Every rider wears a provided Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
On the water
Ride within the area covered in your safety briefing, respect no-wake zones, and follow crew instructions. Reckless operation or riding under the influence ends the rental without refund — we've never had to do it, and we'd like to keep it that way.
Damage
Normal wear is on us. The refundable security hold covers minor damage; our crew walks the ski with you at drop-off and pick-up so there are never surprises.
