Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to run your booking, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the details of your rental (ski, date, time, add-ons). Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver, and support your booking.
- To text you a delivery window on the morning of your ride.
- To send your booking confirmation and receipt by email.
We use standard analytics and advertising tools (including the Meta pixel) to understand how riders find us and to measure our ads. You can limit ad tracking through your browser or device settings.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties except the services needed to run your booking (payment processing and email delivery).
